Mobile View Artwork License Copyright (c) 2026 Edison Augusthy. All rights reserved. Effective date: 11 October 2026 1. Scope This license covers the project-owned device frame images, logo and brand icons, screenshots, promotional images, and their editable artwork sources (the "Artwork"). In this repository, the exported Artwork is located in: - internal/artwork/mockups/ (private source exports); - mockups/ in extension builds and frames/ in website builds; - public/icons/; - store-assets/webstore-upload/; - website/public/icons/, website/public/screenshots/, and website/public/og.png. Editable drawings, artwork specifications, logo masters, composition templates and raw captures are maintained separately in private storage. The Artwork is excluded from the MIT License for the application code. Application code, generated viewport geometry, general build and capture tools, documentation and listing text remain covered by that MIT License. 2. Permitted use with Mobile View You may download, install and run the official Mobile View application, view its website, and display the Artwork as part of their normal operation. You may make a local development build for personal testing. You may create and share screenshots and recordings of your own work using Mobile View's capture features, including the frames incidentally shown in those captures. These permissions do not authorize extracting frames or other Artwork for use as standalone assets or as a reusable asset collection. 3. Other reuse requires written permission Except for section 2, any copying, extraction for reuse, modification, adaptation, redistribution, sublicensing, sale, or use of the Artwork in another product, extension, website, service or promotional material requires prior written permission from Edison Augusthy. This applies to both commercial and noncommercial reuse. Redistributing a fork with this Artwork requires permission; a fork may instead supply its own assets. Request permission at: https://github.com/edisonaugusthy/multi-device-viewer/issues 4. Other rights and earlier permissions This license grants only rights held by the copyright holder. It does not claim ownership of third-party devices, trademarks, websites shown in screenshots, fonts, dependencies, or other third-party material. Such material remains subject to its own rights and licenses. Device and brand names identify the simulated devices; no endorsement is implied. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law, limits the MIT License for the code, or revokes permissions already granted under an earlier license or separate written agreement. 5. Disclaimer The Artwork is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The copyright holder disclaims liability arising from its use to the extent permitted by applicable law.
